Working Well is commissioned by Essex County Council and sits within the Essex Wellbeing Service. The programme aims to support the holistic health and wellbeing of any workplace based in Essex. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated training practitioner to join our team as part of an 18th month fixed-term contract (with possible extension of 6 months), to update our existing eLearning and organise and deliver additional training, webinars and guest speaker sessions.
The 2 year contract will focus on reducing health inequalities and improving mental health literacy of the Essex routine and manual workforce, in line with Essex County Council's Everyone's Essex, Public Health and Communities Business Plan 2025-2028 and the new national NICE Guidance (212) around workplace mental health. Supporting the work within the specialist area of workplace health improvement. Working with key partners to develop, update and deliver a wide range of guest speaker sessions, webinars, online training, eLearning modules and factsheets.
Responsibilities
 * Support the delivery of in-house MHFA England training courses using in-house and external trainers.
 * Update eLearning and organise and deliver training, webinars and guest speaker sessions.
 * Research current workplace needs and trends and provide up-to-date information to support managers and employees.
 * Complete a detailed analysis report on training developed, delivered, ensuring evidence of impact against key project outcomes.
 * Work with partners to develop, update and deliver a wide range of guest speaker sessions, webinars, online training, eLearning modules and factsheets.
