Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our wonderful new nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a stimulating and safe environment for young learners, fostering their development through engaging activities and play-based learning. The Early Years Educator will also play a key role in communicating with parents and managing classroom dynamics.

Duties
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
* Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to policies.
* Support children in developing social skills, independence, and self-esteem.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. (Level 3)
* Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
* A genuine drive to support children's learning and development.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to take initiative when required.
* Knowledge of early years frameworks and best practices in childcare.
