Role Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum (Curriculum for Wales)
* Create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that reflects the school’s SHINES values, which stand for Successful, Happy, Included, Evolving, and Spiritual
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Promote wellbeing and inclusive learning for all pupils
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 3 experience desirable)
* Knowledge of child-centred, inclusive teaching approaches
* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
* Commitment to promoting wellbeing and pastoral care
