What the Job Involves This role requires you to be the lead officer for the most complex and significant planning applications. You will manage pre-application submissions, and handle screening and scoping opinion requests submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA). You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service, including handling major applications subject to Planning Performance Agreements (PPA). Additionally, you will support team leaders and service managers in managing complex planning submissions and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
