Role
You will support the conveyancing team with a range of administrative and legal tasks, helping to ensure property transactions run smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with residential conveyancing transactions
* Prepare legal documents and general correspondence
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Support files from initial instruction to post‑completion
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case records
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing support role
* Solid understanding of residential property transactions
* Experience with pre- and post‑completion processes
* Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry procedures
* Strong communication and organisational skills
