The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section, maintaining high food standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and organising your designated section
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the wider kitchen team
Ensuring efficient service during busy periods
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
