Plan for key trading activities and events by collaborating with the store leadership team.
Manage people activities including pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management and disciplinaries.
Take full accountability for the store overnight, role modelling high standards and efficiency.
Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues during your shift.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights (typically 22:00 - 08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of their base salary.
