Responsibilities
* Drive carefully, considering passengers and equipment, following Highway Code and policies.
* Risk assess patient transfers, considering medical and cultural needs, following safety protocols.
* Safely transfer and secure patients and equipment in vehicles.
* Maintain good communication to ensure a positive patient experience.
* Report incidents and risks immediately.
* Complete mandatory training and use Trust equipment responsibly.
* Secure patient valuables and document journeys accurately.
* Participate in route planning for efficiency and comfort.
Person specification
Essential criteria
* Full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
* Good English and Maths skills.
* Knowledge of Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.
* Flexible approach; experience in community transport, working with volunteers, and using databases/spreadsheets.
