Working Pattern: 36 hours per week (every third Friday off)
Location: Bankhead Depot, Glenrothes
Responsibilities
* You will be required to work Fife wide, servicing and maintaining gas fired appliances in customers' properties. Identify and manage risks and hazards in your working environment and comply with procedures, statutory regulations, and internal processes. All works should be carried out to contribute to a high quality, planned and responsive cost-effective service that meets service, customer expectations and quality standards.
The Person / Qualifications
* A recognised mechanical/gas ACS gas qualification: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, MET2, CPA1.
* You should have experience in the servicing and maintenance of gas fired appliances within social housing.
* You will be required to participate in a compulsory out of hours standby rota; this will include evenings and weekends.
* The applicant must have the ability to work well with a team with minimum supervision and take sole ownership of jobs allocated. A full driving licence is required.
