Job Title: Fraud Investigator - Household Claims
Location: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid - one day a week in your chosen office)

Role is suitable for those who want to join a dynamic team focused on delivering market-leading fraud defence for Household/Home Claims.
Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed reviews of newly identified claims that are of concern, and provide guidance and feedback to the wider Claims teams where appropriate.
* Carry out investigations on claims where there is a suspicion of fraud.
* Perform desktop investigations, formal interviews, liaise with suppliers and use intelligence solutions systems.
* Support the design of relevant fraud processes.
* Act as a technical referral point for Home Claims Handlers to support fraud identification.
* Tackle a mix of suspected fraudulent claims across contents and buildings.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Has a technical fraud background within insurance or strong experience of household/home/property claims.
* Strong overall claims understanding – familiar with the end-to-end claims journey.
* Decision-making ability with the confidence to challenge the status quo; strong communication skills and ability to engage with a varied audience.
