We currently have an exciting new vacancy for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to work alongside the Marketing Manager to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

· Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple business

units.

· Update website content, product listings, and digital assets via WordPress.

· Draft and schedule content for social media channels, reflecting the business’ tone and values.

· Collaborate with the US marketing team and external partners to develop sales collateral and

promotional materials.

· Assist in the coordination and execution of product videos and webinars.

· Take the lead on organising and executing exhibitions, including logistics, stand design, and lead

capture management.

· Support market research initiatives and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.

Experience/Skills required:

· 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.

· Confident supporting a variety of marketing activities including social media, website updates, email

campaigns, events, and printed materials.

· Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar), Canva, Microsoft Office, and social

media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook).

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

· Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

· A relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, or similar (degree or equivalent

experience).

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

· Photography/Videography Skills
