Engineering Engineering Supervisor – Electrical (Manufacturing)
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: £48,000–£50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role
6. Lead and motivate a team of 5 engineers
7. Manage PPM schedules via CMMS
8. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
9. PLC fault-finding (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
10. Drive root cause analysis and safety compliance
11. Oversee small projects, contractors, and statutory records
What We’re Looking For
12. Supervisory experience in manufacturing/production
13. Level 3 qualified in Electrical + 17th/18th Edition
14. Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
15. Knowledge of drives, hydraulics & pneumatics
16. IOSH/NEBOSH & leadership qualifications (advantageous)
17. Full UK driving licence
