We are looking for a
n experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant (Events) to fill an important position in our Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE) Events Team at the University of Oxford. The post holder will coordinate and manage key administration tasks for the DAE Events Team, enabling our Event Managers to focus on designing and organising events.Location: Wellington Square, Oxford, OX2 9NX Salary: £28,437 - £32,108 per annum with a possible extension to £34,732 including an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro rata). Contract: Part-time role, working a minimum of 22 hours per week (0.6 FTE or up to 0.75 FTE), to be spread across 4–5 days. Additional paid overtime is available for events support when needed.
