What We’re Looking For

* At least three years’ consultancy experience
* Strong understanding of Biodiversity Net Gain principles and metrics, with enthusiasm for further learning.
* Proven experience in UK Habitats Classification, PEA surveys, and protected species surveys.
* Competency in using QGIS and producing high-quality reports
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to manage positive client relationships
* A proactive, organised, and independent approach to work, including the ability to manage a junior team member.

* Great Crested Newt (Level 1)
* A full UK driving licence
What We Offer
