Blossomfield Campus 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday The busy College Finance Department is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing Cashier & Finance Administrator. Core responsibility will be to co-ordinate the operations of our Payments Office and support the associated Credit Control and Sales Ledger functions. The role will also involve supporting the other functions across the College Finance Department as required. The successful candidate will take responsibility for all Payments Office tasks including but not limited to being the primary contact for staff & students, facilitating both cash and cashless transactions, recording and monitoring petty cash & floats, banking and bank transaction management. They will need to work under their own initiative and proactively take ownership for their area of responsibility. While prior experience in a Finance Department is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Some travel between sites may occasionally be required. This position is available for an immediate start and the days/hours of work are 30 hours per week worked across five days.
