What you will be doing
In this role, you will ensure that Occupational Health administrative processes are delivered to a high standard within agreed timescales, supporting service delivery through effective data management and system administration. You will be trusted to handle sensitive information securely, maintain robust systems and provide practical support to users, projects and facilities while contributing to continuous system improvement.
- Maintain, input and retrieve data accurately across electronic systems while ensuring strict compliance with confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
- Provide system administration support, including user guidance, training delivery, documentation control and liaison with software suppliers.
- Support and maintain IT and intranet systems, testing upgrades and contributing to the development of efficient storage, tracking and reporting processes.
You will be an organised, detail focused administrator with strong IT skills and a proactive approach to problem solving. Comfortably working both independently and as part of a team, you will communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion and take ownership of your responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant administrative experience supported by a good standard of education.
