We're recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner to head up a small team of skilled Finance Business Partners and Analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, providing financial insight, strategic support, and high-quality performance analysis to drive commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts
* Act as a key strategic partner to operational directors, helping drive performance through insightful financial analysis and decision support
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas
* Support commercial initiatives with robust financial models, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
* Streamline processes, implement reporting tools, and ensure data-driven performance management
* Champion continuous improvement and empower your team to work proactively with operational leaders

What We're Looking For
o Proven experience managing and developing a small finance team
o Strong background in finance business partnering, budgeting, and performance reporting
o Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
o A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
o Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools like Power BI is ideal
o Ideally, you'll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience
