Job Duties: * Support dispatch administration and liaise with purchasing on special order items * Process sales orders accurately and coordinate timely, cost-effective dispatch * Provide customers with order updates and relevant documentation * Maintain accurate internal records and verify courier invoices for billing accuracy * Work with couriers to arrange shipments and secure competitive rates * Monitor stock and collaborate with the warehouse and other teams to meet delivery priorities What we are looking for: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word * A clear and professional communicator who can work well both independently and as part of a team * Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics environment would be a bonus So, are you ready for your next job?
