Department Overview
Mocked up as a call-taking and dispatching platform used by emergency service operators across the UK & Europe, Guardian helps 999 or 112 operators answer calls from the public and dispatch nearby responders, enabling the right response when every second counts and ultimately helping our customers save lives. Guardian has grown from a small start‑up to one of the leading offerings for Fire & Police agencies. The team is distributed across the UK, with hubs in Glasgow, Leicester, and Hemel. Work is mostly remote, often asynchronous, and supported by Google Chat & G‑Suite. In‑person events such as post‑work pints, Flight Club darts, and annual all‑hands in Prague are encouraged.
