Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging Religious Education lessons across Key Stages 3–5.
• Encourage open discussion, debate, and critical reflection.
• Support students in developing respect and understanding of diverse worldviews.
• Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student progress.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Religious Education (or related subject).
• Secondary teaching experience preferred.
• Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply.
• DBS on the Update Service required.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and guiding young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
