About the Role:
* A well-established flooring distribution company is seeking Class 2 (CAT C) Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join their team in Irlam.
* This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy manual handling, including lifting, unloading carpets and flooring products, and handballing pallet goods.
* Drivers will be responsible for delivering flooring products to retail stores and high street locations This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career stability and progression.
* As part of the client's recycling programme Class 2 drivers have the opportunity to earn more through their Tube allowance scheme (paid monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving long or short distances
2. Multi-drop between 15 to 25 drops per day
3. Maintain Good Customer service + direct client communication -
4. Lifting and carrying goods, loading and unloading, a lot of heavy lifting
5. Making sure loads are safely secured
6. Following traffic reports and adapting routes if necessary
