THE ROLE: As the Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of medical product demonstrations. You will work closely with internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals, helping to organise logistics, manage schedules, and provide high levels of customer support. Attention to detail will be crucial as you coordinate multiple activities and ensure that demonstrations run seamlessly. This is a varied and fast-paced position where communication and organisation are essential.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Customer Service Specialist role we are looking for:

THE PACKAGE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
10. Basic salary: Up to £30,000
11. Bonus: £6,000 (paid quarterly)
12. Hybrid working: 2 days from home / 3 days in the Berkshire office
13. Benefits: 25 days annual leave, pension, free onsite parking, flexible working hours (8-hour day with start/finish between 8am-6pm)
Location: Slough office with hybrid working.
