Our client, a nationally recognised Civil Engineering Contractor with an annual turnover of £350M, has recently secured a major tender and is now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
* Take commercial ownership of a key energy infrastructure project
* Manage and procure sub-contract packages
* Oversee full post-contract activities from inception to final account
* Lead on CVR reporting and contract administration (NEC3)
* Identify and manage project risks
* Act as a key liaison with the client and stakeholders
* Support and mentor junior commercial staff and Project Managers
What Were Looking For
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Solid experience as a Senior QS on civil engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects in the UK
* Strong working knowledge of NEC3 contracts
* Confident communicator with solid negotiation and reporting skills
* Capable of managing multiple sub-contracts and maintaining financial control
