With a planned start date of 18th May 2026, we are seeking a hospitable individual with a full UK drivers license for the role of Concierge with valet parking and driving duties.


PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Head Concierge in overseeing communication with Reception regarding the movement of guest bags to rooms, ensuring smooth operations.
* Assist the Head Concierge in ensuring all guests are greeted proactively and warmly upon arrival, setting the standard for guest interactions.
* Assist the Head Concierge in managing the concierge rota, ensuring appropriate coverage during all service periods to meet operational needs.
* Supervise the luggage handling process, ensuring high standards of service are maintained during guest arrivals and departures.
* Carry out valet parking duties, driving and parking guest cars as well as the hotel car.
* Provide a consistently excellent level of guest service in accordance to our service principles and values, ensuring that all guests receive special attention and recognition.


APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have/be:

* A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Senior Concierge, Doorperson
* Hands on approach to all aspects of the role, being proactive to carry guests luggage and provide general assistance.
* Have held a full UK drivers license for at least 5 years for car insurance purposes.
* An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
* Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
* Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
* Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.
