THE TEAM
Our Tech team is a 60+ strong team of curious minds, building the digital experiences that power KFC – from app to kiosk, delivery to checkout. We work cross-functionally, move fast, and stay focused on what matters: creating smart solutions that make things better for our customers and our teams.
About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology department. We are looking to recruit a Menu Analyst who will be responsible for providing world class support, development & customer service to 1000+ KFC stores.
What will you spend your time doing?
* Drive and deliver marketing campaigns along with cross functions in the business.
* Develop, test, and implement menu data flow across all business systems in line with each marketing window.
* Administration of ecommerce menu management and feature deployments. App, web ordering ,delivery etc.
* Achieve strict deadlines and ensure fail safe delivery.
* Performance Management – measure, review and develop improvement actions both proactive and reactive.
* Menu management on restaurant services, recipes & inventory systems.
* Support integration of new technology into restaurants collaborating with Service Introduction team
* Provide 3rd Line technical support to both equity & franchise restaurants and members of wider tech functions.
* Menu maintenance across all service channels.
* Maintain SLA targets whilst maintaining a flexible approach.
* 3rd party knowledge management and providing training.
* Working with store employees to resolve technical, training or systems issues.
* Maintaining stability in data flows across multiple restaurant systems.
* Process management of transposing marketing ideas into Tech implementations.
What we love from you:
* An understanding of technology use cases in retail environment.
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, ideally experience in standard office suite packages.
* Experience in Microsoft command line interface applications.
* Knowledge of SQL management studio packages, ability to understand tables and queries.
* Experience using management tools e.g.:, Atlassian.
* An understanding of technology use cases in retail environment would be desirable although not essential.
* Be able to implement creative solutions within the constraints of existing system capabilities.
* High attention to detail on executions in terms of development and QA testing.
* Excellent team player with an understanding of joint ownership, essential to meet the growing demands and tight timelines.
