Role Overview

In this role, youll be the expert voice that brings clarity amid chaos, translating intricate policy terms and loss assessments into reassurance and actionable steps. Youll coordinate with multiple stakeholders—from structural engineers to restoration specialists—while keeping the claimant informed, supported, and confident in the process. Whether working from home or in our bright, collaborative office, youll be part of a supportive team.


Responsibilities

Translate complex policy and loss assessment details into clear, actionable information for claimants and stakeholders.

Maintain regular communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors and other parties involved in the claims process.

Ensure claimants are kept informed, supported, and confident throughout the assessment and settlement phases.


Qualifications

* Experience in managing property claims: Previous experience in a commercial claims environment is essential.
* Excellent communication skills: You will speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more; explaining complex details clearly and negotiating fair settlements.
* Conscientious, hard‑working, and adaptive in high‑volume environments.


Development & Training

* Comprehensive Sedgwick‑specific training to excel in your role.
* Support to work toward the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters Cert CILA qualification.
