TheCommunications and Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting Navigo'sstorytelling, digital presence and community engagement. Working closely withthe Communications Lead, you'll help plan and deliver creative content thatreflects the voices, experiences and achievements of our staff and serviceusers.
Thisis an active, on the ground role. You'll spend time across Navigo services andtrading arm locations, building relationships, spotting content opportunitiesand capturing photos, videos and stories that bring our work to life. You'llhelp deliver campaigns, support media activity, update digital channels andensure our brand is represented consistently and professionally.

Main duties of the job
The Communications andMarketing Assistant supports the creation and delivery of high quality contentacross Navigo's social media, websites, campaigns and digital channels. You'llgather stories and updates from services, produce engaging posts and videos,support media relations, assist with events and help maintain a strong,positive public profile for Navigo and its trading arms.
The role involves regulartravel across Navigo sites to capture photography, video and human intereststories; supporting the management of digital platforms; helping delivermarketing campaigns; and contributing to internal communications. You'll also assistwith basic coordination tasks, maintain organised content libraries and helpmonitor the performance of digital activity.
This role is ideal for someonewho is creative, confident working independently, and passionate about tellingmeaningful stories that reflect Navigo's values and community impact.

Marketing andCommunications
Contentgathering across all sites - actively travel to Navigo services and, whererequired, its trading arms (Grimsby Garden Centre, RESPECT, CAMs Care UK andNurtrio) to capture on the ground content including photos, videos, interviews,service updates and human interest stories for social media and digitalchannels.
On sitepresence maintain a regular, visible presence across Navigo locations tobuild relationships, identify content opportunities and ensure authenticrepresentation of services, with additional visits to trading arms as needed.
Social mediacontent creation produce engaging, high quality content for Navigo'scorporate channels, including short form video, photography, staff stories,service user features and behind the scenes insights, while also supportingtrading arm channels
Digitalcommunications contribute to Navigo's corporate digital presence; support themanagement of trading arm social media accounts; update websites with fresh,site based content; liaise with external developers when required.
