The Role
* Responsible for the day-to-day tenant management of our residential and student building portfolio.
* Able to generate accurate reports of tenancies, arrears and compliance.
* Tasked with arranging viewings and inspections, arranging maintenance to meet required standards.
* Liaising with landlords & tenants to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.
* Maintaining positive and productive relationships with tenants and landlords, responding to queries in a timely manner.
* Promoting vacant properties using various marketing techniques.
* Ensure operations are compliant with legislation and the company's Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Lettings Negotiations
* Professional qualification preferred, such as ARLA
* Excellent time management.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Professional and positive attitude.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and multi-task.

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
