This exciting new role is an ideal opportunity for someone with significant experience of working within digital and strategic project environments. As a Senior Project Manager you will work as part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of projects within the Trust's strategic and digital portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Deliver projects and programmes within the Trust's workforce, estates and digital portfolio.
* Ensure effective project governance across projects.
* Develop and present complex reports and plans, manage progress and monitor risks and issues.
* Provide stakeholder management and communications.
* Lead and manage projects from outline to delivery of new capabilities and realisation of benefits.
* Work in close liaison with management personnel and other Programme and Project Managers to ensure alignment in delivery of all portfolio aspects.
* Develop complex business cases, including options appraisal and comparison of technology and digital solutions.
Qualifications
* Significant experience delivering projects using both traditional project management methodologies and agile methodologies.
* Demonstrable experience in the delivery of digital innovations and workforce development.
* Ability to negotiate and persuade senior leaders using evidence‑based data.
* Experience managing the impact of organisational change and establishing new systems and ways of working.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for detailed analysis, interpretation and comparison of options.
* Specialist digital knowledge to research and assess technology and digital solutions.
