Our hospitals run smoothly because we have fantastic people undertaking administrative tasks to ensure everything is organised, accurate and ready for when it is needed.
We are looking to recruit to a number of roles so have decided to do a joint recruitment campaign instead of advertising them all separately. If you meet the criteria, you should just attend one interview, but would be considered for several different administrative roles across our hospital locations. You will be asked for your preferences to ensure we match you to the location and hours you are interested in .
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages ie Word, Excel, email
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Accuracy with data and information
Effective numeracy and literacy skills
However, we’re not just about data/paperwork – we’re also about people! Our teams are dedicated to supporting our hospitals with efficiency and a smile. We believe in creating a positive work environment where every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact. You will work with lots of different people, all performing varied tasks to aid patient care.
Relationships are key to our success, so your ability to engage and communicate with people from all backgrounds will be so important.
*Interviews are likely to be 17th, 19th and 20th June, 2025*

We want people who, through the work they do, really want to help us make a difference to patients and their families. Your kind, compassionate nature and your dedication to accuracy and organisation will help us ensure we have the right information in the right place at the right time and that everyone receives a great service.
If these are the kinds of things which make you tick and you feel you excel at then please apply.
We know our application form can seem onerous, but its so important we have as much information about you as possible to help us decide who to invite to interview. Our application video can help you understand how to complete it: APPLICATION VIDEO LINK.
