Description Position Description: Manage customers' requirements and Request for Inspection requests (RFIs). Identify qualified inspectors to fulfil a specific service request. Submit Inspectors' CVs and quotes to Customers and monitor approval. Ensure POs are in place before the scope execution and monitor spend. Mobilise the inspector for the inspection visit and update the inspector's schedule. Monitor milestones and deadlines for timely transmission of deliverables. Review the inspection reports within 12 hrs of receipt and issue them to the Client by the specified deadline. Technical review of the inspection reports, if applicable. Liaise with technical specialists in case of any issues detected in the report and or during inspection activity. Follow the administrative deadlines to facilitate the internal invoicing processes. Establish and maintain communications with clients, inspectors, vendors and DNV offices where applicable. Use the production tool to manage the activities from the RFI to the approval of inspectors' timesheets and expenses in the system. Support with the Pre-Payment Certificates (PPCs) for the customers as needed. General knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and QA/QC services is mandatory. Windfarm and/or Renewables inspection knowledge and experience is preferred. A technical engineering background is preferred. A degree (3 or 5 years) or equivalent standard in an appropriate discipline is preferred. Experience working with large international projects within the Oil and Gas and/or Renewables Industry is preferred. Computer-literate with good IT skills, including experience with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce platform (preferred). Location : Aberdeen or the UK. Flexibility for hybrid working.
