We are looking for a Level 4 Diploma planner, to join the Aviva Financial Advice (AFA) team as a Team Leader, reporting to the Director of AFA. This is a leadership role with responsibility for leading and developing a team of financial advisers that could be based nationwide, driving strong client outcomes, sustainable growth and a positive, compliant culture.

As Team Leader, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality, compliant advice while supporting the continued growth and transformation of Succession Wealth. You’ll balance commercial performance with advice quality, people leadership and client experience, working closely with colleagues across Succession, Aviva and key third‑party stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing leadership, management and accountability across your adviser population
2. Delivering T&C supervision in line with Succession’s T&C Scheme, including competence assessments and development plans
3. Conducting regular 1‑2‑1s, appraisals and performance reviews
4. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and certification of advisers, including succession and client transition planning
5. Driving a strong governance and risk culture with the client at the heart of decision‑making
6. Leading client experience within your area, responding to feedback, complaints and service insights
7. Accountable for delivering sustainable commercial performance, including adviser productivity, capacity management and delivery against agreed business plans.

8. CII / CISI Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
9. Strong knowledge of the UK financial services regulatory environment
10. Proven experience leading, developing and supervising advisers preferred
11. Experience delivering T&C supervision and managing adviser competence preferred
12. Ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent standards of advice quality and client outcomes
13. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
