As a Community Housing Coordinator,you'llplay a vital part in supporting our Homes Plus operations by deliveringhigh-qualityadministration andback officeservices.You'llwork closely with teams across Communities, Living Plus, Lettings & Marketing and Community Safety, ensuring that our customers,colleaguesand partners receive an efficient and reliable service.You'llalso provide support to other areas of Homes Plus whenrequired, giving you the chance to build a broad understanding of how our services work together.
Your role will involve a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including preparingtenancydocuments, managing mailshots,maintainingrecords,raising purchaseordersand supportinga range ofkey processeswithin housing management, which includetenancy changes,mutual exchanges, booking temporary accommodation forcustomers, landlordreferences, customer alteration requests. The role will alsoinclude helping to get appointments and preparing legaldocumentationfor no access gas and electric compliance.

You'llbring experience from a support or administrative role whereyou'vebeen responsible formanaging busy workloads and providing a dependable and proactive service.You'llbe highly organised, able toanticipatewhat needs to be done, and confident in managing competing priorities without compromising on accuracy or quality. Your positive attitude, professionalism andstrong communicationskills will ensure you work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
You'llbe naturally helpful, with a calm andsolutionfocusedapproach when handling enquiries- whether in person, over the phone or through written correspondence.You'llbe comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a wider team, contributing to shared goals and supporting others when needed. A keen eye for detail,excellentITskillsand a willingness to learn new systems will help you thrive in this role.
A basic DBS check is mandatory for this role.?
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience delivering administration orbackofficesupport in a busy, customerfocused environment within housing.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage time effectively andmaintainaccuraterecords across multiple systems.
* Candemonstratea strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programmes.
