Office Operations Manager – Belfast
We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our high performing team based in Belfast city centre. This is a full‑time, permanent role with an excellent salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Overall management and responsibility for business support services, ensuring high‑quality secretarial support.
* Set operational budgets and manage financial spend for Office Operations to align with targets.
* Coordinate and facilitate operational activities to enable smooth day‑to‑day running of the Belfast office and service all clients, stakeholders and staff.
* Oversee the implementation of global or regional operations and facilities initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team.
* Manage reception, client meeting rooms, video conferencing, hospitality and events, day‑to‑day building and facilities management, supplier management, internal office moves, workplace safety, security, business continuity and emergency planning, records management, mail and print room.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
* Experience leading, managing and developing high‑performing teams.
* Successful negotiation and management of service contracts.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence and enthusiasm when addressing senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen.
