Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for:
12. Running your own section within the kitchen
13. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily food preparation
14. Producing consistent, high-quality meals
15. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
16. Contributing ideas towards menu development
17. Working collaboratively within a close-knit catering team
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who has:
18. Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
19. A genuine passion for food and quality cooking
20. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
21. The ability to work calmly under pressure
22. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
23. Reliability and a positive, professional attitude
24. Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
25. Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
