£40,000 - £45,000 + OTE. Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home).

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a high‑performing Business Development Manager to join their commercial team in Slough.
The Opportunity
This is a true new business role focused on winning and developing relationships with SME and mid‑market organisations. You'll be identifying opportunities, opening doors, and consulting with businesses on how training and talent solutions can support growth.

* Proven success in B2B sales / business development
* Strong self‑generation and pipeline creation skills
