This exciting role is your opportunity to lead the charge in the IMEA region, driving impact through analytics that truly influence business outcomes. (IMEA = India, Middle East and Africa, where IHG has c.200 open hotels)
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong, collaborative relationships across the IMEA Business Unit, ensuring stakeholders are supported with impactful insights.
* Lead the development of performance analytics that are clear, creative and action-oriented.
* Proactively spot opportunities and risks within business performance to support decision making.
* Provide expert consultancy and analytical guidance to key business leaders across the region.
* Improve access to meaningful data by collaborating with analytics, commercial and operational teams across IHG.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation.
* A natural storyteller, confident translating complex data into clear, compelling insight.
* Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
* Solid understanding of the hospitality or travel sector, and the challenges it presents.
* A strategic problem solver who uses data as a catalyst for change and innovation.
