Reporting to the CFO & Assistant Principal (Operations), the successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and value for money across the Trust.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to contribute to a high-performing organisation, supporting school leaders and ensuring that financial processes underpin outstanding educational outcomes.The Finance Manager will oversee core finance functions including budget monitoring, management accounts, payroll oversight, accounts payable/receivable, and financial compliance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both finance and non-finance colleagues.In addition, the Finance Manager will play a key role in shaping the Trust’s approach to partnerships and growth, supporting the delivery of joint initiatives and leading on the successful onboarding and integration of new schools.**How to apply**Burntwood is a popular, multi-cultural school.
