Being our new flavors QA Manager, you will help shape the future of our Flavors QA work. You will help to define targets, policies and quality standards endorsed by the company. You coordinate compliance with our internal Management Standard Systems. Your great sense for detail will be delighted to review and analyse Quality Management System and Food Safety and coordination of audit-related activities. Doing all this, you will be based at our Milton Keynes manufacturing facility, working with cross-functional teams. What you will do: You are the go-to person for all activities related to BRC, ISO 9001 certification and all other certifications and ensure the Quality Management System is maintained up to date, as well as producing KPIs to evidence compliance Maintain and review Nonconformance Management and follow up about recommended corrective / preventive actions (CAPA). Actively participate in any internal investigations to determine root cause analysis and corrective actions Coordination of Management of calibration records You will lead the HACCP meetings and act as a member of Food Safety Team, for risk analysis, HACCP plan and CCP identification You will be accountable for the Pest Management through an external service provider Organize and manage the site's EMP in the taking of swabs/water samples/air plates. Inform the business of any OOS results and trends, manage the appropriate re-swabbing with production and any corrective actions Perform and/or lead all internal GMP and external (supplier, customer and co-manufacturer) audits and report on findings We ask you to act as deputy for the Manager of Quality and Product Safety S&B EU where required and provide trainings in your field of activity to other staff What you will bring: 3-5 years' experience in a similar position related with Quality, EHS or Food Safety Knowledge of physicochemical analytical methods You love to work closely with other departments to improve the site's overall Quality Culture Good people management skills and Knowledge of QMS, BRC & ISO 9001 standards, HACCP, GMP and Internal Auditing.
