1. Communicate with underwriters to ensure the smooth operation of Exposure Management services within the business
2. Communicate with the outsource team to answer queries and ensure the timely and accurate capture of risks into our systems
3. Augment data where the quality is poor to improve the accuracy of our key metrics
4. Maintain the accuracy of the exposure database
5. Run reports for pre and post-bind accounts, and assist with portfolio analysis
6. Assist with the development of key class processes and analytics
7. Work with other members of Exposure Management to ensure cross-class collaboration
· Workflow monitoring where required
· Assisting other members of the Exposure Management team if required
