Our clients are a very progressive Plumbing & Heating business who are looking to recruit a local candidate.
The business has a small team of administrators, customer service staff and of course engineers who are out on the road. Below you will see a list of duties and it's clear that you will likely be assisting across the board.
Duties:
1. Answering all telephone calls and being the first port of call for the business.
2. Dealing with all emails and other enquiries in a timely manner.
3. Raising quotes and invoicing customers promptly.
4. Ordering parts for jobs as requested.
5. Ensure all accepted quotes from customers are actioned.
6. Dealing with all incoming customer queries.
7. Checking social media, including Facebook, Google Business and tagging the business on all Social Media channels and responding to enquiries.
8. Schedule engineer jobs on Tradify when customers call in to book work.
9. Taking initial customer enquiries in line with the agreed process, escalating as appropriate to Office Manager and Directors.
10. Booking jobs on Tradify, our CRM system.
11. Reviewing and improving processes - we encourage you to share any ideas you may have.
12. Returning calls in a timely manner.
