Location: Bilston We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Needs Teacher to play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new SEND Hub within a primary school in Bilston. This is a full-time position starting in January, with opportunities to begin sooner for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of the new SEND Hub, shaping its vision and practice. Design and implement tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of pupils with special educational needs. Collaborate with senior leaders, teaching staff, and families to ensure inclusive education across the school. Establish a nurturing, supportive environment that empowers every child to thrive. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialist training or proven experience in special needs education. Strong knowledge of SEND frameworks and inclusive teaching strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire colleagues and pupils alike.
