Our loyal and highly skilled workforce are key to our success of delivering sustainable climate and water management solutions, everywhere.**Role Purpose**The Installations Manager will lead and oversee the successful installation of Green Roofs, BioSolar Roofs, and Blue Roofs across multiple project sites. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement within the contracts management and installation teams.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the installation of green, biosolar, and blue roofs in line with project specifications and company standards.* Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical and logistical issues on site.* Supervise contracts managers to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.* Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance across all installation activities.* Promote a proactive safety culture, ensuring safe working practices are consistently followed.* Visit sites regularly to review progress, meet customers, and conduct H&S inspections.* Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring effective allocation of materials, equipment, and labour.* Provide accurate installation forecasts and cost-at-completion reports to the Operations Director.* Collaborate with Contracts Managers to plan and deliver projects to agreed milestones and budgets.* Communicate delays, material shortages, and labour issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.* Manage and develop installation teams, identifying training needs and supporting skill development.* Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations, escalating risks as needed.Skills and Experience* Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate (SMSTS)* CSCS Card* IOSH Managing Safely* Strong experience in a contracts manager role or similar* Previous experience of managing projects up to £1m in value* Excellent management skills* Deep understanding of problem solving and CI tools and techniques* Good financial/commercial awareness**Benefits*** Entitled to 25 days holiday* Holiday purchase scheme* Pension contribution matched up to 8%* Life assurance* Save as you earn Genuit Sharesave scheme* Enhanced maternity and paternity payHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
