We support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible. The role involves supporting activities like walking football, rugby, bowling, social outings, and managing daily living tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including sleepovers, is required.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication, and physical health. If you lack a qualification but have social care experience, you are also encouraged to apply. We will develop your skills through specialist training, including Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System.
