Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Stores Controller / Warehouse Manager to lead and transform our warehouse and stores operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory management, material availability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The incumbent will play a key role in driving process improvements, leading operational change, and supporting business and service delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Lead end‑to‑end stores and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, dispatch, and logistics coordination
9. Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and variance investigations
10. Implement best‑in‑class warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business transformation goals
12. Enforce Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and quality compliance standards across warehouse activities
13. Manage and develop warehouse and stores staff, providing coaching, performance management, and succession planning
14. Collaborate with procurement, project, service, and operations teams to ensure timely material availability
15. Maintain warehouse systems, documentation, and reporting (KPIs, audits, stock levels, aging analysis)
16. Support O&M and field service teams by ensuring materials and spares are available as required
17. Act as a change agent, embedding disciplined inventory practices and process maturity
Qualifications & Experience:
18. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
19. 8+ years of experience in warehouse / stores operations, including people management
20. Proven experience in inventory control, stores governance, and warehouse process improvement
21. Strong knowledge of ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
22. Experience supporting manufacturing, projects, or service operations is preferred
23. Exposure to HVAC, industrial, or engineering environments is an advantage.
24. Forklift experience would be an added advantage.
