Panel Beater Location: Hybrid (Coalville, UK) Contract Type: Full-time Salary: £39,000 per annum Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their Vehicle Reconditioning team at a state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting to the Cosmetic Team Leads, this role is responsible for ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest reconditioning standards. Panel Beaters play a key role in restoring vehicles to the required quality, repairing, priming, and preparing panels ready for paint application. Key Responsibilities Carry out panel repairs, priming, and preparation to meet reconditioning standards. Use dent pulling and other repair techniques to restore vehicle bodywork. Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles are accurately repaired and ready for finishing. Work with state-of-the-art equipment and products to deliver high-quality results. Ensure all work meets required performance and quality standards. Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements Full UK manual driving licence. Experience in panel preparation. Experience with primers and accident repair. Experience with dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential). Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
