With a head office in Basingstoke, a delivery office in Leamington Spa, and a distributed team across the UK, we’re looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Full Stack Developer to drive new product development and provide technical leadership across our projects.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable full stack solutions using React, .NET (C#), and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product management, UX/UI design, and implementation specialists to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Architect and implement new product features and modules for web and mobile platforms.
* Mentor and guide developers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.
* Contribute to the integration of AI/ML and GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into our products.
* Ensure accessibility, performance, and security across all solutions.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance our product suite.
What We’re Looking For
* Deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks, and .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#).
* Proven experience leading or architecting complex full-stack solutions.
* Experience with AI tools (e.g., Galileo, Figma, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney) and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
* Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
* Track record of delivering high-quality, accessible, and user-centric interfaces.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Bonus Points
* Experience with cross-platform app development (.NET MAUI, Swift, Kotlin).
* Familiarity with GenAI API integration, Semantic Kernel, or MAF.
* Professional certifications in Azure, .NET, or UX.
