Our clients are currently looking for an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor with their own client bank to join their team which is based in Lincoln and operates across Lincolnshire.
Salary package on offer for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
1. 70:30 split on all mortgage leads
2. OTE - £50,000-£100,000 (depending on client bank)
3. Top Advisor incentives
Working Hours:
4. Full time 9 – 5 pm (Flexible)
5. Remote working (can be discussed, depends on your location)
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
6. CeMAP Qualified
7. CAS Status
8. The right attitude towards the industry
9. Whole of market experience
10. A client bank
Responsibilities included in the role of Mortgage Advisor:
11. Meeting clients and discussing mortgage and protection services
12. Writing mortgage and protection business
