Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Booking deliveries and managing pallet movements
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
* Supporting the logistics function, including handling returns
* Updating and maintaining records across multiple internal systems
* General administrative support to the operations team
About You
* Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Well organised and able to manage a varied workload
* Previous experience in operations, logistics, or administration is desirable
* Willingness to travel as the business relocates
