Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum 5yrs experience to join a small but highly capable technical team. This firm of around 70 manufacture and distribute on location. They value their staff, demonstrated by a very low turnover rate. As Mechanical Design engineer this role offers a rare chance to work on innovative mechanical assemblies, from design concept through to customer delivery. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of product development—from 3D CAD design and detail drawing through to supporting manufacturing and responding to customer technical needs. It’s a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys both mechanical engineering and exposure manufacturing development.
